What This Training Teaches
Move beyond traditional yoga instruction and learn how to:
- Regulate the nervous system through movement, breath, and interoception
- Understand polyvagal theory and apply it in real-life teaching
- Decode chronic tension, guarding, freeze, and collapse patterns
- Repattern the body through neuromuscular release, not force
- Cue with agency, choice, consent, and trauma-awareness
- Facilitate movement that fosters safety, connection, and resilience
