"This Yoga Nidra Teacher Training training was perfect, I think there was the perfect amount of information given in a very clear and precise way, it was all very interesting. Through the practices I experienced a deep relaxation and energy flow in the body that is very similar, if not the same, as acupuncture- a deep sense of calm within the body and mind without feeling exhausted. I also felt energy/prana start to flow through my body about half way through the Yoga Nidra every time. It is a form of meditation that is easier for me to access than seated meditation. I am a very visual person and so for me the visualizations are very fun and creative and I get excited to go on the journey. It was a great way to keep coming back to my sankalpa each day. The mountain journey was my favorite, I also enjoyed placing the "aum" symbol on the body, and I really enjoyed the jeweled beach. I am a jeweler and work with stones daily and so that one really resonated with me. I've wanted to take a training on Yoga Nidra for a long time and this was a very accessible and affordable way to do so without adding in additional traveling costs."

"I really enjoyed learning about the science and the systematic approach to Yoga Nidra. This is the first time I have encountered the Koshas in any depth and this fundamental understanding deepened my learning of yoga nidra. I really enjoyed that we were encouraged to practice every day. I have never done so much yoga nidra and now I know I am really beginning to understand it's capacity for healing, creativity and peace. This came for me at a time when I was well into my own self healing journey, however, I lost my Grandad just before we began. I have been channelling energy into understanding my identity, my ancestors and then, moving further beyond the self to the collective, I have uncovered the role I can play in social justice. Yoga nidra has helped me find peace within this process. 'Doing the work' is uncomfortable at times, but yoga nidra never is. I have led a couple of yoga nidras with my close family and friends who have so far really enjoyed them. This is a skill I want to maintain and develop.
