Dementia and Alzheimer’s is occurring at epidemic proportions. More than 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s Disease (AD). Every 67 seconds someone in the US develops AD. At this rate, it is estimated that of the 328 million people living today in the US, 45 million will contract Alzheimer’s. If you live to 85, one in two will get AD… so if you don’t get AD, your best friend will.

Make a real impact in your community and offer classes to improve memory for a lifetime of wellbeing.

Empower Your Students

We are told there is no cure for the disease, yet new research in functional medicine is showing that a holistic wellness approach can help slow, prevent and even reverse the Minor Cognitive Impairment (MCI), dementia and AD.

Teach with Confidence

We’ve developed this training to give you the background, research, statistics, components for memory maintenance, and the tools for you to develop your own unique MMY classes. Since memory loss conditions develop as we age, many of your students may be older. We present modifications for common conditions affecting seniors to make MMY classes accessible to them.

Forefront of Your Field

Be at the forefront of your field and add a new revenue stream to your teaching repertoire. This 20 hour CE course will certify you to help the large and increasing population at risk for memory to impairment that can be imminent as part of the aging process. In just 4 weeks be able to offer MMY classes to your community.

"Just completed the MMYTT online course and I loved the course materials offered by both Liz and David as teachers. Each one was really great-- really! I not only learned new material through the training, but also found that there were many elements to include and integrate in my current teaching and classes. For example, if a stretch or asana involves cross-lateral movements, I mentioned the benefits for brain health. The videos were full of content and fun! I really mean it! Please link anything you develop in the future to our group page, as I would certainly love to join another training in the future and would recommend this experience to others.! I also really enjoyed the live-call conversations on Tuesdays. This course also supplied me with many resources, such as the cueing handout sheet, which was extremely helpful, and I will continue to reference it after completing the course. Thanks so much!"
